The mall itself is fine. Don't let them trick you into thinking you'll somehow spend less because these are "outlets."
The outdoor atmosphere was incredibly enjoyable on the fine fall day I visited, much better than a traditional mall with a thousand bizarre scents assaulting you.
I went early in the morning it wasn't crowded at all. Good deal at the coach store. I went to buy a pair of Nike Air-max sneakers to run in and got a smoking deal...I paid $21.00 for a nice pair, beats paying $140.00 so I left happy.
Plenty of parking.
Decent outlet mall. Don’t have many high end brands. Visited during thanks giving and found the stock on most of the stores are below average. There is a decent food court and again limited option. You will have not much parking as well. Plan for extra time if you are visiting on a busy day. The only thing is no sales tax as it is NH. I will not go back. The savings vs your gas cost- not worth.
Outlet prices with no tax? Yes please! Great location for scoring some great deals. Food court, playground, plenty of parking and some really beautiful views. However - non New Englanders should be warned that this is not a covered mall. Bring jackets in the colder months!
The food court left a little to be desired, but there are local restaurants nearby if that's your priority.
Much better to visit in the warmer weather due to its set up. All store are aligned in a walkable street light pattern , there is little to no cover from the natural elements while roaming from store to store (as it is intended). I have not seen many prices to get excited about as it is an outlet type mall. They do have designated veteran parking which is nice as well as food shops (overpriced) and tons of clothing outlets. On a nice day it is a good place to get the kids out of the house and walk around. There is a tiny "play" area for little children, nothing to get excited about though.
